BEWARE OF SCAM!!! Advantage Distribution Center is somehow interceptng toner orders to Ricoh supply. Advantage Dist. Center called right after we ordered from Ricoh copier service and supply. ADC said they called to verify the Ricoh copier order. We have a contract so I thought it was the same place, OH NO!!!! They sent another toner, so we got two. One toner came from Ricoh as ordered and another one came from A.D.C. which was not ordered. A.D.C. makes it sound like they are affiliated with your Ricoh copier contract but they ARE NOT!!! They are somehow getting the order generation from Ricoh and calling as if they are the distributor for them. Don't take calls from them report to BBB!!!
