I order this product on Friday11/6/09 and called to cancel it on Saturday 11/7/09 and spoke with a Laurie. I work from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm and when I got home from work they had charged my account and said that they could not stop it from being shipped. They also said that there was no notes that I called. I have the phone records to prove that I called and even though it does not contain the content why would I want to speak with them if I ordered it on the Internet. This was a real shady way to do business.
