This is the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. It takes weeks to get a phone call or email returned (if it's even acknowledged). Maintenance work takes an act of Congress. The walls weren't even touched up before we moved in and the property wasn't very clean. We had to purchase the paint to touch up the walls ourselves because they were so dirty. I wonder what the homeowner is actually paying for since no one seems to work around there.
