Unreliable and impersonal company!! This company promised a disbursement date on my student loans but they did not deliver. Not only have they not delivered on the promised date, but they made no attempt to contact me prior the date so I could try to make other arrangements. Now I may have to drop out of school and I don't know what will happen with bills I scheduled to pay based on their useless word.
