I don't understand why this company has such a low rating. I must admit my loan modification on our house took longer than expected but they delivered. I saved about $100 a month my mortgage payments and now my mortgage is principal and interest. Before I was on a 1% loan and was close to losing my house. With so many shady companies out there its ashame that the good ones dont get enough credit. Thanks Timothy.
