I opened a loan with this company in Nov 2010.. they are upfront with costs... yes if you are late they do call but I have been late but i kept my promises to pay and have had no issues.. they are not the politest but they are in the money business and when you are trying to collect from people who usually have bad credit or a cash flow problem you cant really be nice.. they have heard all the excuses in the world.. I hope to pay it off sooner to save me some $$
