Company sent me out products that I did not order. The products were defective and do not work and customer service doesn't try to help resolve the problem. I asked several times from customer service to connect me to someone other than the salesman that messed my order up to no avail. I basically got the run a round from the salesman who in the end told me that I didn't order enough products to get pick of the litter. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I just receive word from them that the company didn't respond to their requests either.
