I bought this product and found it to be under powered. It runs on batteries! The brush it self can be uncomfortable. But the real problem was the power and you can imagine as the batteries wear out, the device becomes even more sluggish. Also, they hit you with the lifetime supply of brushes but what you find out later is that it cost shipping and handling charges of over $10 each time they ship brushes to you! I have to select one star but if I could it would be a negative star! I think I'll stick with my Sonic tooth brush! I tried to return the brush set that they sent me and so far they refuse to take it back.
