I performed a loan modification closing for this company in June, 2009 and have yet to be paid. I performed the closing and returned the documents and my invoice within the timeframe required by the company. The company representative that assigned the job, confirmed receipt of the documents and my invoice, thanked me for the service but now, will not return my phone calls or respond to my e-mails. Neither will any of the additional contacts I made with the company respond to my communications. I was told at one point that the check was mailed on August 13, 2009. However, when speaking with a representative in September - she confirmed that no check was mailed and advised me to resubmit the invoice by fax. When confirming receipt of the fax - I was informed that there was no employee with the name she provided. I've been told that individuals I spoke with previously no longer work for the company. I've received no response to any of my e-mails, letters, faxes or phone calls over the past month. It has been 4 months since the closing. I've performed closings for five years and this company without doubt is the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever experienced.
