Mis-leading in quality and charges

Bras are definitely NOT the world's best bras: flimsy, too short in the north/south direction, which causes the band to ride up unacceptably. But, when ordering on-line sometimes you make a bad choice. The issue is that the $29.95--presented as the first
installment for the 12 bras in my order---is actually the non-refundable shipping and handling fee. As I returned them for $6.00, and they are simply and economically packaged, I agree with a prior reviewer on this site (which, obviously, I did not consult
prior to ordering), who says that they clearly make their money from the s/h fee. Clearly, this company misrepresents their product and procedures.
