Both OCZ Technology Group, Inc & Newegg Computers have excellent BBB ratings! Here's the link to Newegg's BBB report:

Both have mixed reviews but the complaints on file are typical for this industry. Just be sure to read and understand all terms and conditions prior to making your order to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
